Our cells listen to us…
And each one of them is altered within us from the experiences we live and how we interpret them.
What we tell ourselves daily, our physical activity, the food we eat, how we detoxify, the radiation we are exposed to, the water we drink, the air we breathe, our hormonal balance, the health of our intestinal microbiota, the quality of our sleep and our interpersonal relationships confirm our wheel of well-being.
I’m Nathaly Marcus,

I am convinced that prevention, self-care and healing are essential to be, look and feel good. I want to continue focused on the treatment of chronic and degenerative diseases, on anti-aging and holistic medicine promoting self-healing and strengthening the body to improve the quality of life of patients through Bienesta, my center of functional medicine.

I have been on the path of health all my life.
Since I was ten years old, I have cared about wellness and helping people heal.
Curiously, and despite my interest in living in congruent fullness of my health, I had an eating disorder and lived in panic to gain weight, making food my enemy.
I got married young and got pregnant right away. So instead of studying medicine, which was my dream, I leaned towards nutrition. All of this to continue to take care of my family.
The premature birth of my twins with various health problems, encouraged me to look for different alternatives through integral medicine,
since in Mexico traditional medicine only offered me temporary solutions and medications that did not solve the root of their health problems.

This is how I found an osteopathic doctor in the United States, a specialist in cranio-sacral therapy, who performed specialized blood tests on my girls to detect nutritional deficiencies of vitamins, minerals and fats.
With the suggested diet change, prescription supplements, massages, and certain neurodevelopmental therapies, they helped change the destiny of my daughters’ health.
As a result of this I realized the importance of the role that nutrition plays in the development and growth of children and the impact of a good diet on people’s health and decided to study Integrative Functional Medicine further.
Thus, more than twenty years ago, I decided to bring cutting-edge studies and equipment to Mexico to apply this knowledge in my practice, especially to children with autism, attention deficit, low muscle tone and different syndromes; to patients with allergies, fatigue, obesity, Diabetes, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, multiple sclerosis and others who seek prevention, who are committed to their health and want to feel better.

Today I am immensely grateful for that decision, since I studied complementary alternative medicine, functional medicine and naturopathic medicine, which led me to heal and help from the root of the diseases and not only cover the symptom.
Due to my hormonal imbalances, my PMS and the quest to live longer and better, I also specialized in anti-aging medicine and advanced medicine to seek to balance my hormones and improve my mind-body health.
My disappointment with the way all professionals approach nutrition came at an early age, when due to my eating disorder, I attended nutritionists who did nothing but give me standardized diets in appointments that lasted less than five minutes.
Just like you, I am only a human that likes to enjoy a piece of chocolate, enjoy a good tequila while not feeling guilty for enjoying life. Therefore, today I want to share my philosophy with you, so that you allow me to guide you to become an intuitive eater.
